Sweet Pictures...

Here are a few pictures that I took during December and thought they were so cute.  Above, Avery wearing my boots.

Wow...they start young.  Checking out the sale papers.  Avery look so grown up in this picture, makes me want to slow down time.

This was after church one Sunday...Avery took off her dress as soon as she got home and this is what was left.  CRACKED me up!!!!!  Can we say "just a little big".  I love how far up they are pulled.

Merry Christmas 2010...

warning: picture overload
sorry for so many pictures, i can't help myself. : )

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.  We made a trip home to WV for Christmas and it was a white Christmas.  Avery enjoyed Christmas so much this year, she opened all her gifts with no help from daddy or mommy.  As I watched Avery open her gifts I knew that was my gift and all I ever needed!!  We had a wonderful visit with my family and spent some great quality time together.  Santa was good to everyone, thanks Santa for everything!!!

(daddy if you are reading this....this post is for you I know you have been checking)
Snowing Christmas morning.
mimi and Avery baked cookies... priceless

Avery and grandad

We went to Aunt Cheryl's house for our Christmas eve dinner...Avery with a few of her cousins.  Leah, Lilly and Avery.

Avery and Isabelle

Each year someone reads the Christmas Story to everyone. This year Dave had the honor of reading the story of our Saviors Birth.

Christmas morning this was the first picture I snapped.

Avery received this little table for Christmas and she decided to put it to good use right away...she set her gifts on top of it and opened them there.  (smart girl)

Avery with her best friend, Aunt Jenn.  They have a connection like I have never seen.

Helping daddy open his gifts.

I had to post this picture... every year mom always gives Jennifer a gift that was suppose to be mine or visa versa...this year it was Phillip that got the gift.  (mommy you rock, you do a great job just wouldn't be Christmas if this didn't happen.)

One of our Christmas traditions is to go to Uncle T and Granty's house.  I look so forward to this every year they always make is SO SPECIAL for us.  Thank you Uncle T and Granty.

Christmas night we go to Uncle T and Granty Jeanie's house.  Avery is sitting in Granty's chair.

Love this picture of Avery and mimi.

One of Avery's gifts from Uncle T and Granty was a pair of boots...Avery loves clothes and shoes, this makes me proud!!  The little boots have a clear place on the bottom and you can see her little feet.

Needed a nap after all that excitement.  On Aunt Jenn's bed and resting peacefully.

The day after Christmas we went down to the farm in front of grandad and mimi's house and Avery looked at the cows and new baby calf's.  It was freezing cold this day and the wind was blowing so hard.  I didn't pack Avery gloves... so if you grew up playing in the snow like I did you improvise...socks on the hands work pretty good. You know you are in the country when you can walk across the street to look at the cows and wear socks on your hands.

Daddy let Avery drive.

You can't have snow and not have a snowball fight.  Avery loved throwing snow at daddy and grandad.
