Princess Avery's 5th Birthday Party...

 Avery had a Disney Princess Party...we had a inflatable water slide, swimming pool and tons of friends, food and fun.  Here are a few pictures, I realized about mid way through the party that I had not taken the first picture.  :(

 Here is Avery's cake that she picked out...she looked at this cake for at least 2 months.  Every visit to Publix we had to go look at this cake.  (thanks pap pap, mimi and aunt Jenn)

 The next day we had very wet yard and it was raining a little, so Avery ask me if she could go jump in "Muddy Puddles" and I said, "well, lets go".  PRICELESS moments, life is to short to not have fun and getting dirty is just icing on the cake!!!!!

Happy 5th Birthday Avery...

Avery turned 5 July 6,2008.  Thankful everyday for this little blessing God gave us.

Swimming Part II...

Today Avery took the next step...DIVING off the side of the pool.  Phillip and I both are so proud of her, she has let her fear go, no stopping her now!!!!

Summer FUN...

 We are having a great summer...staying busy is what it's all about.  The video above shows Avery LEARNING to swim, can you say "PROUD Mama & Daddy!!!!!"  This little girl is AMAZING!!!!  She just decided to put her head under water and Phillip showed her the basics and she's swimming...LOVE IT!!!!

 We planted another garden this year and we are SO enjoying it!  Avery planted a few things that she is responsible for...she wanted tomato's, yellow squash, green bell pepper and egg plant...all her choices.

 This is a before picture of our garden and the next 2 are as of yesterday.

Banana peppers and Jalapeno peppers...eating lots of poppers and making awesome pepper jelly.

Spent the day at the water slide...

  afternoon at Southern Belle Farm picking strawberries...I could have stayed all day, love picking strawberries. 

Of course we made Strawberry Jam...

Participating in the Library's Summer Reading Program...

 love the summer movie deal...movie, popcorn, drink and snack $4, we try to go every Thursday...

 Watched the movie "epic" with Hailey...great movie.  We are loving the Summer Fun!!!!

Pre-K Graduation May 2013...

It's hard to believe our baby girl we will be going to kindergarten this fall...school has been such a growing experience for her and me too.  Avery's teachers were such a blessing and as a first time mom sending her baby to school I don't think we could have ask for better teachers!!!  Avery is super excited about going to her new big school and mama, not so much!!

I ask Avery what she wants to be when she grows up: and her response was a "Popstar"...I always tell her "YOU can be anything you want"
